As we all know there is not a definitive history of weather control, therefore I have put much effort into creating one. This page will grow over time, with many additions/corrections.
Each slide has an image, with reference links beneath the image.

Just like the phosphate fertilizer industry having a toxic bi product theyd otherwise have to pay to get rid of in flouride, Coal fired power plants have a surplus in a toxic bi product of their own in fly ash. Why pay to have it safely disposed of when you can sell it as is
